Dump for support

Sometimes we can request you make dump of stream for analyse and solve an issue.

Steps:

Step 1

Start stream. Please use content where we can see the issue.

For example: if you have audio sync issue then please stream speaker or special video.

Step 2

click “R” button (so server will be record incoming stream).

Step 3

After about few mins stop stream.

Usually we recommended do about 1-5 mins stream: in this case resulted file will be few megabytes only.

Step 4

Open folder with records and send recorded file called Line_.ts to our support email Support@GaraninApps.com

Explanation

Recorded file is just dump of incoming stream. SRTMiniServer writes incoming data without decoding. It allows for our support reproduce your issue.
