System dll's

GStreamer (the encoding engine inside SRT Streamer PRO) needs the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime. If those DLLs are missing, the service may start, but streams will not run — gst-launch fails at startup.

From 1.4 the installer ships the runtime DLLs next to the app. You normally do not need a separate redistributable. If the Dashboard still shows the red warning, install the package below and restart the service.

What to install

Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64). The 2015–2022 package covers Visual C++ 2015 and later.

After installing, restart the SRT Streamer PRO Windows service. The red warning on the Dashboard should disappear, and GStreamer version will show up under SysInfo.
