SRT Streamer PRO — User Guide

Overview

SRT Streamer PRO is a software encoder designed for 24/7 broadcast workflows.

Despite the name, it also supports streaming to RTMP, UDP Multicast — in addition to SRT.

It captures SDI, NDI, and network sources (RTSP and other IP feeds). The app works with capture cards from Blackmagic, AJA, Magewell, and other vendors.

SRT Streamer PRO supports both interlaced and progressive video formats and offers flexible control over audio channels.

You can also use the same input for multiple streams — for example, capture one SDI feed several times and send it to different destinations with different encoding parameters. This is something most hardware encoders typically do not allow.
